Reagan vows fight to reverse MX missile defeat

Morgan to undergo mental evaluation in starvation death case
Henry Morgan Jr. agreed to speak with psychologists to determine competence to stand trial for starving his three year old daughter and undernourished condition of two other daughters. Police said intruders shattered windows overturned equipment threw paint on walls and smashed toilets. entry was gained by breaking a window in the home economics room. Classes were delayed about 1 hour 50 minutes.
