Oberlin man Oberlin 21 year old Arlington Lee Joseph Jr of 248 East Lorain Street was sentenced by Lorain County Common Pleas Judge Paul J Mikus to an indeterminate one to five year term at Mansfield Reformatory after prior Lima State Hospital commitment for psychopathic offender treatment. Joseph was arrested May 9 for assaulting Oberlin Police Sgt Eugene M Barlow with a dangerous weapon during a disturbance on South Main Street.
