Traffic death on North Ridge road near Route 58 on November 24 may bring manslaughter charges. Mrs. Jenny Robinson, 75, of Lorain, died in a six passenger crash in which Peter H. Brown, of Lorain, drove a car struck by Walter R. Lach, 22, of Amherst. Brown's car passengers were injured. Lach was fined for reckless driving.
