Cleveland police report a 3-year-old girl was found stabbed in the abdomen at a home. The mother, 27-year-old Tiarra Johnson, was arrested on suspicion of felonious assault and child endangering. The child, Amora Johnson, underwent surgery and is recovering.

Lorain City Council approves 556000 for design and engineering of a multi street water line replacement project running along Broadway West Erie to West Ninth West Seventh Reid and West Eighth Reid and West Ninth.
