Wrong Jackson compensation bill advances in Ohio House

Ohio House sent to the Senate a bill to let the Court of Claims award William Bernard Jackson compensation for nearly five years in prison for crimes later tied to a look-alike. Senate action was not taken before adjournment. if approved, Jackson could argue his damages before the court.
