No charges in Charlotte police shooting of Keith Scott

Prosecutor Andrew Murray cleared Officer Brentley Vinson in the killing of Keith Scott holding the man was armed. He presented surveillance video DNA and radio traffic as evidence Scott possessed a handgun. The decision followed two nights of protests causing significant property damage and injuries. Scott family attorney Bamberg said there is no definitive proof Scott had a gun.

Quakes fall in Oklahoma after wastewater injection limits
