He was not seriously hurt and was taken to Elyria Memorial hospital then to the county jail pending immigration officials. Sheriff Finegan said the case would be turned over to juvenile authorities as he had been legally admitted and has ties to Germany. The boy spoke good English and said he came to the United States two years ago to work for his uncle in Milwaukee and hoped to return to Germany if no work could be found here. He has four brothers and two sisters in Germany.
