Germany Aug 29 William Brock and Edward Schlee landed in Munich after the second leg of their round the world flight in the Pride of Detroit monoplane. An ovation greeted the pair as locals carried them to the Lufthansa building. Brock said they strayed over Belgium then readjusted course and had a sandwich lunch en route.

Auto Crash Arrests Two In New London Incident
William Jones and Monts Tsus, both named as colored men from New London, were arrested after a Saturday night crash on Oberlin road.
