Court hearings urged after firings and reinstatements
Hritsko says hearings should proceed as mayor acted within statutes and not biased. Hacnik and Rosso were fired in February on similar charges, ordered reinstated for improper removal procedures, then Zahorec first fired them and set a hearing. The court indicated the hearing should have occurred first, new charges arise, and a ruling is likely after advisement.
