State approves vo ed funds for Lorain schools

Appeals judge Stern named to Ohio Supreme Court seat
Judge Leonard J Stern of the 10th District Court of Appeals was appointed by Governor Rhodes to the Ohio Supreme Court. He will take the seat vacated when William O. Ell was named chief justice.
