Albany Aug 27 Four people died when a private plane owned by State Assemblyman Pritchard Strong crashed two miles south of Albany airport in fog and rain. Victims include Strong his wife Clarence Robinson pilot and Rochester attorney Charles Judson. A clerk to Strong David Urban identified the bodies. The craft, en route from Saratoga Springs to Albany, had been missing since 1 56 A M and reportedly crashed after again signaling readiness to land. The crash prompted speculation of a faulty altimeter or pilot error. The woman passenger was said to have been thrown more than 30 feet from the wreckage.
