W F Crosier a retired businessman of Albion died suddenly at 11:00 PM Monday while eating lunch with his wife at the Community Rest Rooms in the Chamber of Commerce Building. Death was due to heart disease. He celebrated his 69th birthday in Charlotte last Friday. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 30 PM from the late home 231 George Street with burial in LaGrange cemetery.

Dope Fiend Tries Hold Up Lands In Jail
A burglary at Mrs. Normando's Broad Street home was committed by two dope fiends. A 30-year-old suspect wearing dirty overalls ransacked a room and stole a nightgown a morning cap and a few trinkets. He then robbed Wagner's drug store on Lodi Street demanding morphine. Police traced him to Cascade Park and arrested Henry Tabor who led investigators to the stolen items. All loot recovered and he was fined five dollars and costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail.
