Hanrahan and 13 other police officials for conspiracy to obstruct prosecution after the 1969 raid in which Black Panther leaders Fred Hampton and Mark Clark were killed. The charges say obstruction of justice was attempted to aid seven Panthers who survived. Justice penalties range up to $1,000 fine and three years for felony, or $1,000 and one year for misdemeanor.
