Auto Crashes Into Barn On Route 10 Injuring Driver
A car owned by Thomas Field, 43, of 1386 Sheffield Road, South Euclid, crashed into a barn on Route 10 at Hast River Road at 4:10 AM, tearing a hole in the side. Field said he was not driving and had picked up a man in Cleveland. he was treated at Elyria Memorial Hospital for neck muscle strain. Two truck drivers at the scene helped extract Field as the driver, who fled, left the wrecked vehicle. The crash also damaged a prize flower bed belonging to Bert Pickard.
