Oberlin Highrise Dedication Sets Friday Ceremony
The Oberlin 136 South Main apartment project will be dedicated Friday with remarks from Elston W. Wagner of the Public Housing Administration. Local officials and representatives from Lorain Avon Lake Elyria and Amherst are invited. The John Frederick Project lacks a local director as a retired housing official faces insubordination charges. Public housing units will be rented to Oberlin residents meeting low rent criteria.
