The 32nd annual community and family day at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea features a noon to 2 p.m. picnic on the north campus quad with BW cheerleaders and the Marching Yellow Jackets. Lorain County grand jury indicted Timothy Ropchock 40 of Grafton in the July 12 crash that killed Glenn Angney 58 owner of an auto shop. Ropchock faces aggravated vehicular homicide and operating a vehicle under the influence after a 0.220 blood alcohol level. Angney died at the scene. Ropchock treated at MetroHealth Medical Center.
