Ashland man seized after monthlong manhunt ends
Nathan Summerfield 27 a resident of Ashland was arrested in a Wadsworth motel for the presumed killing of his girlfriend Lynn Jackenheimer 33 of Ashland. Jackenheimer disappeared July 3 in Dare County North Carolina and was found July 16 to have died. Summerfield last seen July 8 returning the couple s children to Ashland. The arrest followed a tip from his brother about strangling. Summerfield registered under Jay Summerfield at Legacy Inn and Suites prior to checkout.
