Warrant details in Lorain Co case questioned
Ambrose testified that he took a warrant document to work and cannot recall its fate after a hearing before Judge Miraldi. Prosecutors say two blood tests were done on DeWitt, one with 36.29 ng and another 49.54 ng of marijuana, near the Ohio limit of 50 ng. Darling says drivers can be impaired even under the limit and traces linger. DeWitt denies smoking that day. Prosecutor Will asserts the blood test remains admissible under good faith despite a possible missing warrant.
