Will Impose Conditions In Astor Trial
Judge Goodwin J. Knight will impose conditions on Mary Astor and Dr Frank Thorpe to govern custody of Marilyn Thorpe. He plans to seize and seal Miss Astor's diary to prevent further damage and prevent the case from reopening. The agreement splits custody by school terms with joint holiday care and mutual consent for staff, under court supervision.

Wait Reunion Held at Cascade Park Elyria
The Wait reunion gathered fifty members at Cascade Park in Elyria on Sunday. Attendees included Phil McRoberts of Snow Hill Maryland and many from nearby towns. Officers were re-elected. next gathering set for the second Sunday in August 1927. Also, Rev. Alexander Taylor attended Epworth League Institute in Lakeside with eighteen in attendance. Last Friday’s Great Lakes Exposition drew attendees including Phil McRoberts of Snow Hill Maryland who arrived Saturday to spend weeks with his sisters Metta Peard Nell McRoberts and other relatives. The Methodist Sunday school picnic is set for Linwood Park on August 19 with Mr and Mrs A A Mohrman and son Perry visiting Verimion and attending the Regatta. Mrs A W Davidson of Camden visited Monday with daughter LeRoy Lonsbrough and family. J G Watkins and sister Eliza Watkins bought a new sedan. Mrs Weekly and sons moved from the Walter West ten ant house to Carpenter Court.
