Avon boy Ben Cox inspires triathlon effort with UCP support
Thirteen year old Benjamin Cox of Avon completed the 1.5 mile run leg at the Cleveland Triathlon in 45 minutes, joining Team UCP with his father Matt. The Cox family credits United Cerebral Palsy therapy for Ben's progress after early heart and hip surgeries and shares how his journey motivates others to walk and participate in life. The event raised 27000 for UCP children’s services as Ben looks forward to school and bus rides each day.
