Anti-Hayfever Mask Invented By Cincinnati Doctor
Dr. Joseph Biederman, a Cincinnati physician, has perfected an anti hayfever mask after five years of research. Tests on 40 patients show the device blocks about 99.44 to 100 percent of pollen from entering the nose and mouth. The mask uses paper filters, two electrically charged screens, and a small 10 cent battery to repel pollen grains and dust particles. Dr. Biederman says the device aims to help hayfever sufferers who cannot afford frequent trips to pollen-free regions.
