Weathermen say Vermilion is unlikely to see a similar severe storm for a century after two tornadoes in weeks. Robert Hamilton of the National Weather Service notes the double blow is highly unusual, with yesterday’s event causing about 400000 dollars in damage and described as a funnel cloud or tree-top tornado.
