He floated buying the Lake Shore Railway Assoc to save the Lorain and West Virginia line, a 26 mile stretch. Lake Shore cites funding hurdles, while USS Kobe showed interest in transporting raw materials. Huntington Township and Wellington officials raised new objections to the plan.
