Grafton officials narrow communication gap on prison project
Grafton village leaders and state Department of Rehabilitation and Correction officials met July 29 to discuss utilities for the proposed Lake Erie Correctional Institution and to address a long noted lack of communication. Council members said progress is being made though gaps remain.

Victims lawsuit targets Dahmer comic book publisher
Relatives of Jeffrey Dahmer victims filed a Circuit Court suit in Milwaukee seeking a restraining order against Boneyard Press of Champaign Illinois and editor Hart D Fisher. They also seek profits from Dahmer related comics. The 2.50 publication appeared in May and prompted protests at Fisher’s Champaign home and in Milwaukee. The suit names Boneyard Press and Hart D Fisher over Jeffrey Dahmer: An Unauthorized Biography of a Serial Killer. The action argues money from the book does not belong to Fisher. Dahmer, 32, is serving life for 15 murders.
