Ridgeville names Kevin Fougerousse new rec director
The Ridgeville City Council unanimously chose Kevin M. Fougerousse to lead the Parks and Recreation Department, effective Sept. 1. Fougerousse, a Lakewood resident, has been managing Fairview Park’s 40-person department and was the board’s top and unanimous choice after a 75-applicant pool. He succeeds Jim Spaulding, who resigned amid a probe into drug use.
