ELYRIA The Sheffield Township chiropractor Carlos Diaz goes on trial in Lorain County Common Pleas Court on one count of gross sexual imposition for allegedly fondling a 28 year old patient in a Dec. 3 incident at his North Ridge Road office. Judge Kosma J. Glavas presides without a jury with potential 18 months’ imprisonment and $2500 fine.
