TV Reporter Targeted By Vindictive Ticket Scam Trial
Prosecutor says two Cleveland patrolmen issued a bogus Dec. 20 ticket to WKYC-TV reporter Paul Orlovsky in revenge for negative broadcasts about the 2nd District. Semmens and Leichko face forgery uttering falsification and tampering charges with Leichko also charged for possession of marijuana and criminal tools. Orlovsky testified that the ticket came as suspensions and reprimands followed his reports.
