OToole may yield on rise if hotel project stands
Lorain attorney Dennis OToole said he would not block a proposed lakefront hotel by building a high rise condominium on the former Lorain Yacht Club site at 125 Alabama Avenue. He noted he might sell the parcel to hotel developers if the project remains viable, while officials and developer’s rep said they were unaware of his plan. County records show the property transfer from bail bondsman Nick Chlepciak to OToole on July 2 with sale terms reported as 115000 dollars.
