Europe braces for massive equity market growth to 2010

Microsoft urged by officials to cooperate
Washington antitrust officials accuse Microsoft Corp. of blocking evidence in the pending case. They say Gates is not available for sufficient questioning and that source code and 17 witness depositions should be produced. Microsoft counters that it is cooperating and cites other CEO interviews as longer than Gates. A September trial date looms as DOJ and states press for access to witnesses and internal materials.
