Brookside student sues over district drug testing policy
A Brookside High School student Zachary Langin and his parents filed suit in Lorain County Court of Common Pleas challenging Sheffield Lake Schools random student drug testing as unconstitutional. The suit argues violations of Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments and Ohio constitutional provisions, and alleges misuse of participation funds.
