Avon to add second craft brewery Avon Brewing Co now planned
Avon residents Brian and Dan Weaver will transform the Stray Goose on Stoney Ridge and Detroit roads into Avon Brewing Co opening Aug 26. They aim to blend craft beer with gourmet food and Avon history while keeping the venue a community gathering spot. They plan 150 kegs across five varieties, with beer brewing initially off site and two local breweries within reach to attract visitors.
