Auditors probe policy on Ohio skyscraper work orders
Ohio Building Authority auditors accuse policy flaws in handling work orders on the 44 story state office tower in Columbus. Investigators note monthly orders total up to 2.9 million and that executive director George Busche drew pay as an OBA consultant while also taking sick leave from another job. The audit urges rapid council action to plan contractor disbursements, while Busche defends the operation as properly reported.
