Massacre Report Weighs on Siberian Japanese Residents

An official Japanese foreign office statement cited by the State Department says Japanese guards in Nikolaetsk district eastern Siberia may have been annihilated and several hundred Japanese residents including the consul may be dead. Poland Opens 180 Mile Front in Ukraine Drive
