Courts honor Alex Lismour with community hoops dedication
Denise Abend and Heather Hulec spearhead a fundraiser that built the Alex Lismour Memorial Basketball Courts behind North Ridgeville High School. The $7,000 effort honors the late 14 year old and features a Triple Shootout design for younger players. The Friday dedication will include Moondog the Cavaliers mascot, a bounce house, music, games, and a cupcake style seating for attendees. The teen was struck while riding his bike near Elyria.
