Lakefront to lakefront air run starts
CHICAGO UPI Lake front to lakefront air service between Chicago and Cleveland begins May 15 with six daily flights. The Beechcraft Model 99 Jetprops will cover the one hour 20 minute route between Meigs Field and Burke Lakefront Airport. Delman notes airports’ proximity saves businessmen about an hour in total travel time.
