Delco Dryer Boosts Farm Profits With Drying Advantage
Progressive farmers seek the Delco Dryer to raise crop value and prevent spoilage. Kane Implement Co. of Oberlin Road Elyria notes moisture control pays, with dry corn fetching higher elevator prices and potentially covering the dryer cost in a single season. The device also ventilates barns and enhances feed quality, reducing spoilage risks.

Extra Nitrogen Needed To Rot Crop Residues
When turning under straw or other organic matter yields drop due to a low nitrogen to carbon balance. Bacteria decompose residue but sequester soil nitrogen. Apply 15 to 25 pounds of actual nitrogen before the next crop to sustain a one to twelve nitrogen carbon ratio and speed decomposition. Maintain adequate soil nitrogen for decomposition without hindering crop growth.
