Oberlin man pleads to burglary conspiracy in murder case
Benjamin J. Johnson 58 of 284 N Professor St has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit burglary in a case where he was initially charged with conspiracy to murder and aggravated arson. He awaits a pre sentence investigation before Common Pleas Judge Floyd D Harris. Johnson was arrested October 26 after contacting a confidential informant and a METRO agent to bind and gag the couple.
