Justice Center Reopens in Elyria After Fiber Repair
Elyria Lorain County Justice Center will reopen to the public Monday after fiber optic service was restored. Judge James Walther said repairs completed Friday ended a Thursday cut that disrupted internet, phones and fire alarms. Beginning Monday 7 a.m. eastbound Leo Bullocks Parkway will close for four weeks for Chessie CSX bridge deck reconstruction with Murray Ridge Road and Lowell Street as primary detours. westbound lanes reopen in about four weeks.
