Jaxon Artidiello, a backseat booster passenger, was transported to Mercy Regional Medical Center then flown to Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland where he died. Denise Artidiello, 51, also of Lorain, drove the vehicle. Lorain Police and Ohio Highway Patrol investigated the incident.
