Millburn diet scheme halted by postal injunctions
In 1979 Millburn Book Corp and related firms faced U.S. Postal Service actions after widespread refunds delays for the Diet Dynamics plan and Diet Bullet. An injunction orders a $55,000 restitution fund and bans sale of the products via mail, with June 28 refund deadlines and possible $50,000 penalties for ongoing violations.
