A Tuesday afternoon stabbing in Lorain left a man hospitalized and a roommate in custody. Police investigate whether the assault was self defense or aggression. The home on West 12th Street and Oberlin Avenue is owned by Harold and Kathy Piquet. A roommate said five people lived there and the victim called for help after being stabbed repeatedly.
