North Ohio Youth Orchestras auditions for 2015-16 season
The Northern Ohio Youth Orchestras invite ages 8 to 18 with two plus years of private lessons to audition for the 2015-16 season. Auditions run May 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and May 17 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Oberlin Conservatory for the Philharmonia Orchestra Symphonetta Strings and Rhythm & Brass. A reverse raffle with a $1500 prize is set for April 18 at Wellington Eagles. Tickets available via Wellington Chamber of Commerce by calling 647-2222.

An intoxicated driver fled after a stop sign offense. a son was arrested on a drug warrant amid a domestic disturbance. a shopper attempted theft at Wal-Mart with a coordinating boyfriend's unknown location. a deputy sheriff detained a suspicious person at Barker Street. another man, intoxicated but without odor, tried to access St Patrick's Manor and a residence and was directed to hospital. Also an unwanted guest case with an ex girlfriend led to trespass caution and advice about retrieving property via court.
