Lorain woman Darla Kustra identified in limb discovery case
Investigators confirmed the severed limb found March 29 near an Elyria trestle belongs to Darla Kustra of Lorain. Kustra, 56, was last seen March 26 walking to work at Advanced Plastics Reclaiming. DNA confirmed the limb, and investigators believe she was struck by a vehicle between 4:50 and 5:20 a.m. on March 26. Anyone with information should contact the Lorain County Sheriff's Office.

More than 100 people combed woods and fields west of Elyria seeking Jordan Ault who vanished after leaving a girlfriend’s car on Lake Avenue near train tracks. The 19 year old spoke with his mother after fleeing the car around 3 a.m. Saturday. The Lorain County Sheriff’s Office investigates. Searches began in a West Park parking lot with family members leading the effort.
