Plane Lost In West With 25 Aboard
A two engine DC-3 chartered by Miami Airlines carrying 22 military passengers and three crew disappeared over the Cascade Mountains southeast of Seattle while en route from Spokane to Seattle. Belief Thieves Interrupted At Eaton High School
Thieves who broke into Eaton Township High School were interrupted around 12 45 am today by sheriffs deputies Robert Vinovich and Mike Pappas on patrol. They found a door open and several items including a duplicating machine two typewriters a moving picture projector and sound box an adding machine and a three speed record player near the outside door.
