West seeks role as Congress and White House clash over relief bill
West attended White House led security and work relief conferences and met House leadership to end the stalemate on the 4.88 billion work relief bill. Administration aides provide more precise information to Congressmen seeking loans or jobs, while ex lawmakers Busgy and Ellzey move to federal payrolls to maintain congressional liaison.
