Louis J. Ainsworth a Cincinnati radio equipment maker was killed when he fell from the Morrison hotel nineteenth floor after a fire trapped him in his room. Guests formed a human chain to try rescue but he slid to the street. Mortally injured, he was identified by George W. Walker. Ainsworth 46, rich from radio work, lived in Cincinnati.
