Ohio National Guard soldiers killed in Afghanistan attack
The Ohio National Guard mourns three soldiers killed in a suicide bombing in Maimanah Afghanistan. Sgt. 1st Class Shawn Hannon Capt. Nicholas Rozanski and Sgt. 1st Class Jeffrey Rieck were honored as family men and public servants. Four others were wounded from the 37th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. Easter Egg Hunt Draws Kids To Elyria North Park
The Elyria Parks and Recreation Department held its annual Easter egg hunt at North Park Sports Complex on Duffey Street. Four age groups were served: 2 and under, preschool, kindergarten, and first through third grade. Sponsored by Parks and Rec, with donations from the Elyria Kiwanis Club and eggs stuffed by TAP Senior 55 and Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.
