March incidents report drunken driving theft and domestic case
On March 25 Rodney Gillen 36 was arrested on Tennyson Ave for drunken driving failure to control and refusing a chemical test after a witness said his car hit a mailbox and left the scene. Gillen failed a field sobriety test and smelled of alcohol. On March 26 Colleen Pennington 35 was cited for domestic violence after her daughter said Pennington attacked her with a can of spinach during an argument over a protection order. A resident reported a pickup stolen from a driveway March 28. A diaper bag was stolen from an unlocked car March 29. Mary Mullins 36 received a failure to control citation March 30 after driving off the road to avoid a deer at Gary Green Memorial Park.
