Julie Wallace reports Elyria that Marion Gordon, director of the Green Acres Children’s Home, was secretly indicted on one count of theft in office for alleged theft of supplies from 1983 to 1990. Gordon, 50, posted a $5,000 bond, will be arraigned next Tuesday, and has been reassigned pending case disposition. The indictment follows a five month probe involving interviews with 30 to 40 employees and residents, and review of trash evidence.
