White House aide faces ethics questions over pro Trump tweet

Ethics lawyers say Dan Scavino Jr. violated the Hatch Act by urging Trump supporters to defeat Rep. Justin Amash in the Michigan primary. Poll finds half of voters say Trump weakens US global role
